I'm ready now to fly from the highest wing

Yay! I finally get a chance to blog! Here's what I wore to meet an old friend for lunch on Saturday! I tried bison for the first time ever! It wasn't too different than steak.

Although I love the socks & heels combination, I don't think I have enough legs to pull the look off.  I was experimenting with it and decided to go without the socks. Boo. It may look better if I had been bare legs, so I will give that a try once weather permits! I feel the same way about ankle straps, love them but really hard to wear them well. A lot of the times, I feel like they cut my legs short. Nevertheless, I don't stop buying them!! haha
In my attempt to stay in last weekend, I made food! Lobster bisque and potato pancakes. Yum!

Hope your week is going fabulous! Is anyone excited/brave enough to watch Alice in Wonderland this weekend?

Michelle, red looks amazing on you!! :) You look absolutely gorgeous and those heels are great. I love the thick heel and the two tone. The food you made looks delish. MMMM lobster bisque!

I hope we can make it to Alice In Wonderland this weekend. Maui's small, so it should be too hectic at the theatres (crossing fingers)... our weekend is going to be busy, so hope to make it. I'm bummed because I never finished my dress to wear to the movie.. I wanted to wear something Alice inspired...

Hope you're doing well sweetie.

xx Love & Aloha

the color compliments your skin tone really well and that necklace is so divine :) i actually like the "with socks" version. you have long legs, lady, don't worry about them cutting your legs short ;)

Hmmm, I can't decide about the socks. They both look great - I think I prefer the 'with socks'. I definitely want to try the style too - I am a little worried about my legs looking disproportionate. (But I think your legs look pretty loooong.)
